Provincial Police Director works with Hai Ha District Police

On October 5, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police, had a working session with Hai Ha District Police.

In the first 9 months of 2024, security work was proactively and resolutely implemented by Hai Ha District Police, political security was maintained, no passivity, surprises, or "hot spots" of security and order were created. The District Police arrested and prosecuted 14 cases, 31 subjects for social order; arrested and prosecuted 11 cases, 30 subjects for drugs. Of which, 10 cases, 26 defendants were prosecuted. Presided over and coordinated with functional forces to arrest and prosecute 5 cases of 14 subjects for storing, transporting, and trading firecrackers, seizing 356.58 kg of firecrackers.

Implemented widely, created a great spread, achieved many outstanding achievements in mass mobilization and building a movement for the whole people to protect national security, established forces to participate in protecting security and order at the grassroots level. Pay attention to and focus on Party building, force building, logistics, and technology to serve the successful completion of the unit's political tasks. In addition, the district police force also actively participated in the work of preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences after storm No. 03 ( Yagi ).

At the conference, the Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police presented Certificates of Merit to 2 collectives and 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in preventing, fighting and overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 (Yagi) in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Tran Van Phuc, Director of Quang Ninh Provincial Police, requested Hai Ha District Police to continue to improve the quality of situation monitoring, proactively advise the Party Committee and authorities on factors and risks affecting security and order, and ensure political security and national security. Promote the movement of all people to protect national security. Concentrate forces and means to synchronously deploy professional measures to strongly combat all types of crimes and social evils; especially drug abuse in the area.
