Opening of Lifelong Learning Week 2025

On the morning of October 1, at Cam Pha High School (Cam Pha ward), the Steering Committee for building a learning society in Quang Ninh province solemnly held the opening ceremony of the Lifelong Learning Response Week 2025.

The theme of the Lifelong Learning Week 2025 is: “Learning to develop yourself, mastering knowledge and technology, contributing to building a strong and prosperous country”. This theme is both a legacy and a requirement for every Quang Ninh citizen to proactively learn, innovate, access knowledge and technology, thereby improving their own capacity, contributing to making the province a locality with comprehensive and sustainable development.

This year's Lifelong Learning Week will be held from October 1 to October 7, 2025, with many diverse and practical activities, including 30 provincial-level activities held at agencies, units, libraries, schools, community learning centers, and cultural and educational institutions throughout the province. This is an opportunity for all classes of people to access new knowledge and technology, practice skills, and form lifelong learning habits.

This is an annual activity of practical significance to promote the nation's tradition of studiousness, affirm the role of regular learning and lifelong learning for each citizen and community; at the same time, it is also an opportunity for the whole society to join hands to promote a widespread learning movement, build and develop a learning society - an important task contributing to improving people's knowledge, training human resources, nurturing talents, serving the sustainable development of Quang Ninh province and the country.

This is also a practical activity to concretize the policies and resolutions of the Party and State, especially Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development.
