The Director of the Department of Justice works with the departments and public service units under the Department on the results of work implementation in the first 6 months of 2025.

Based on the reports of departments and units on the results of performing tasks in the first 6 months of 2025 and proposing key tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, the Director of the Department commended and acknowledged the efforts of the departments and affiliated public service units. Accordingly, in the first 6 months of the year, the departments and units have basically completed the tasks according to the set programs and plans; well coordinated between departments, units and related agencies, deployed and completed all aspects of work. In addition to the achieved results, the departments and units still have some difficulties and limitations in the working process, but the collective leadership, civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department of Justice are still united, unified, and completed well the assigned tasks. Judicial work is increasingly improved and gradually put into order, science, promoting the effectiveness of activities in the entire Judicial Sector.

To effectively implement the 2025 work tasks according to the set plan, the Director of the Department of Justice requires departments and units to focus on performing the following tasks:

- Based on the work plan and key tasks, organize a review of all tasks of the department and unit from the beginning of the year. Thoroughly grasp and fully and strictly implement tasks in accordance with legal regulations and guiding documents on the basis of assigned functions and tasks. Civil servants and public employees need to study and update regularly to grasp legal regulations, improve professional skills and expertise; promote the capacity of each individual in advising to achieve high efficiency.

- Leaders of departments and units need to assign specific tasks, and at the same time monitor, urge and guide civil servants and workers to perform their tasks to ensure progress and quality of work.

- Assign specific and clear tasks, ensure the right person, right job, suitable to the capacity and strengths of each individual, ensure harmony and reasonableness, document processing needs to be quick, avoid delays, slow processing, and complete processing of documents within the day.

- Leaders, civil servants and public employees need to make maximum use of digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI) to serve the professional work of departments and units.

- Do a good job of political and ideological education, pay attention to the material and spiritual life of civil servants, public employees and workers in the unit; advise the Department's leaders to send civil servants and public employees to participate in training courses to improve their qualifications and expertise, especially improving their political theory level; maximize the capacity and strengths of each individual; rectify working style, professionalism, discipline and administrative discipline; promptly report, advise and propose to the Department's leaders solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the department and unit in the coming time.
