KIA Sonet is a compact B-class SUV, popular for its modern design, flexible operation and competitive price. The car is assembled in Vietnam by Thaco Auto and officially launched in the market in 2021. Sonet quickly became one of the best-selling models thanks to its good response to urban and long-distance travel needs with many convenient features.

The Vietnamese government has officially applied a policy of reducing 50% of registration fees for domestically assembled cars from July to the end of 2024. This helps significantly reduce the rolling costs for car models, including the KIA Sonet. Accordingly, the normal registration fee is 10-12% depending on the region, now only 5-6%, helping customers save tens of millions of dong.

This model has dimensions of length x width x height of 4,120 x 1,790 x 1,642 mm, with a wheelbase of 2,500 mm. This size is equivalent to the 7-seat version currently sold in the Indian market, meaning the interior space of the Sonet will be more spacious and comfortable.

With a compact yet impressive appearance, KIA Sonet has a dynamic, youthful design, suitable for flexible movement in urban areas. The front of the car stands out with the brand's signature tiger nose grille, stylized with a unique wave pattern, creating a majestic look that attracts the eye.

The front lighting system of KIA Sonet is equipped with LED headlights consisting of 3 separate bulbs but combined into a unified system with LED fog lights. This design not only increases lighting efficiency but also makes the car more prominent.

The body of the KIA Sonet shows off its muscular appearance with prominent lines and sporty 16-inch two-tone wheels, creating a strong style.

The interior of the KIA Sonet 2024 is more spacious thanks to its 2,500 mm wheelbase. The car has a 3-spoke leather-wrapped D-Cut steering wheel, red stitching for accents and glossy black plastic buttons familiar on high-end models such as the Sorento or Seltos.

The 4.2-inch color display screen, combined with the 10.25-inch central entertainment screen (8 inches on Deluxe and Luxury versions) supports wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connection. KIA Sonet 2024 is equipped with a Smartstream gasoline engine, 1.5L capacity, 113 horsepower, maximum torque of 144 Nm. 6-speed manual transmission or CVT automatic transmission. The Luxury and Premium versions also have the feature of changing driving modes, allowing users to customize according to their needs.
