The training class included 35 trainees from Hanoi Moi Newspaper, Phu Nu Thu Do Newspaper, Quoc Phong Thu Do Newspaper, An Ninh Thu Do Newspaper, Tuoi Tre Thu Do Newspaper, Nguoi Hanoi Magazine, Lao Dong Thu Do Newspaper, Kinh Te & Do Thi Newspaper, with a presentation by journalist Vo Hoang Long, Deputy Head of Editorial Department of Vietnam Plus Electronic Newspaper (Vietnam News Agency).

Within the framework of the training program, journalist Vo Hoang Long shared: Longform genre is a long format article, beautifully designed illustrations, deep and wide information, combined with graphics, videos , animations..., often chosen as the main article for magazines, websites..., helping readers understand deeply about a topic or a character.

Besides sharing practical experiences and the process of making Longform of Vietnam Plus, journalist Vo Hoang Long suggests ways of thinking to make Longform meet standards, guides how to do this type of exercise, especially skills to use the latest tools to present Longform more simply, aesthetically, novelly, attracting high attention of readers.
