Hanoi: People can submit land applications at mobile vehicles

On October 14, the “Mobile Public Service” model was deployed in My Duc commune (Hanoi). In the coming time, the next trips will be organized periodically 1-2 trips/week in many different locations, especially residential areas far from the center, schools, markets, or village cultural houses.

According to the Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center, the coordination with the People's Committee of My Duc commune launched the model "Community Public Administration Service Point" to support people and businesses in the process of carrying out administrative procedures.

Accordingly, the "Community Public Administration Service Point" is a breakthrough in bringing public administrative services to the grassroots level, helping people, especially those in remote areas and rural areas, to have equal access to the city's public services.

Here, the mobile public service vehicle will serve people from 8am to 11am at the Doi Dung Village Cultural House. This is also the first trip in a series of pilot activities of the model in Hanoi.

"Mobile Public Service" vehicles will be organized regularly in many locations in the city.

The next buses will be organized periodically 1-2 times/week in many different locations, especially residential areas far from the center, schools, markets, or village cultural houses.

The Hanoi City Public Administration Service Center said that the "Mobile Public Service" vehicle is one of two new models being piloted by the Center, along with the "Community Public Administration Service Point". At the service point, people will be guided and supported in completing and submitting administrative documents right on a specialized vehicle, fully equipped with modern technology infrastructure and utilities.

Administrative procedures received, guided and processed include essential areas such as civil status, land, finance, labor, war invalids and social affairs, along with support services for digitizing records, online payment, and registration to receive results via public post.

In addition, people also receive free legal advice, digital skills guidance, support for registering for VNeID electronic identification and digital signatures, contributing to promoting digital transformation of the community and improving people's technology skills.
