During his work, realizing that the organic fertilizer production line was still manual and inefficient, Mr. Hai always wondered how to make the machines operate smoothly, economically and create high-quality products. In 2022, Mr. Hai proposed to improve the organic fertilizer production process, helping to reduce energy consumption and significantly increase productivity. In 2025, he continued to introduce the initiative of improved organic compost production equipment, replacing the old, inefficient production line. The results were impressive: increased output, stable quality, significantly reduced labor and electricity consumption. Both initiatives were applied by the company, bringing in economic value of hundreds of millions of VND each year.

In addition, Mr. Hai also directly provides technical guidance to workers, advises leaders on improving production processes, and ensures a green - clean - safe working environment. Since the beginning of the year, the company has produced and consumed more than 4,200 tons of fertilizer, an increase of more than 1,900 tons compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 200% of the plan. These impressive results not only reflect the strong recovery of the enterprise after a difficult period, but also vividly demonstrate the value of technical innovation and the sense of responsibility of workers. Mr. Hai always believes that technological innovation is the key to the company's sustainable development, reaching the goal of "green production - clean agriculture - healthy environment".

In charge of 2 workshops with more than 40 workers, Mr. Hai especially values ​​the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, so the workers in the workshop are always self-conscious and proactive in their work. Thanks to that, workshops 4 and 5 continuously exceed production targets, becoming typical units in the creative labor emulation movement. Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan - a worker in the fertilizer workshop, shared: "When there is a difficult task or equipment malfunction, Mr. Hai thinks and works with his colleagues. He listens to many small initiatives of the workers and helps them perfect and apply them in practice."

Shining from the patriotic emulation movement

With the advice of Mr. Hai, the company's Union has organized many meaningful activities such as: Tet reunion, giving gifts to workers' children, traveling, sightseeing, culture - sports... Every year, hundreds of workers benefit, creating an atmosphere of solidarity and unity in the enterprise.

Not only is he a "good technician", Mr. Hai is also an inspiration in the patriotic emulation movement. In 2022, he was awarded the title of Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level; in 2020 and 2025, he was awarded a certificate of merit for "Good worker, creative worker" by the Provincial Labor Federation. In particular, in 2023, he was honored to receive the Nguyen Duc Canh Award - a noble award for outstanding workers nationwide.

From calloused hands and days of hard work on the production line, Mr. Hai and his colleagues are contributing to building a “Green Nam Thanh”. Now, when the production line is running smoothly, the company’s organic humus and fertilizer products are available in many provinces and cities, contributing to building a green, sustainable agriculture.
