Hanoi determined to soon put the 18th Congress Resolution into practice

Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee has identified the main targets until 2030, including 43 specific targets, belonging to 4 groups of issues: economy, society, environment, urban areas and Party building.

After 3 days of urgent, serious and responsible work with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Breakthrough - Development", the 18th Congress of Hanoi Party Committee, term 2025-2030, successfully concluded and officially closed on the afternoon of October 17. Attending the closing ceremony was comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Party Central Committee Secretariat.

The Resolution of the 18th Congress of the Hanoi Party Committee has identified the main targets for 2030, including 43 specific targets, belonging to 4 groups of issues: economy , society, environment, urban and Party building. Among them, there are outstanding targets such as: Strive for a GRDP growth rate of 11.0%/year or more; GRDP per capita of over 12,000 USD; Happiness Index (HPI) reaching 9/10 criteria... At the same time, identify 3 development breakthroughs and 10 groups of key tasks and solutions, demonstrating the determination and aspiration to rise strongly of the Capital in the coming term./.
