Sharing about her family's homestay, Ms. Do Thi Thu Hien, who has many years of experience in the tourism industry, said: Although it is 6 years old, our family homestay has only been operating again since 2022. After the Covid-19 pandemic, tourism has grown more and more, and free travel has become a trend. The need for tourists to experience is even higher, leading to changes in homestay services.

Having been involved in the tourism industry for many years, I have noticed that the recent trend is that tourists want to experience local culture, like to learn and integrate into local life when coming to the beautiful city of Ha Long. Therefore, with the desire to create friendliness and trust, this destination aims for freedom, friendliness and experience of local life and culture as well as interesting trips for tourists, as what tourists expect: Homestay - home away from home (homestay - cozy, friendly like at home).

Accordingly, the homestay owners themselves design and decorate to create a friendly, unique and distinctive atmosphere from the smallest details, creating highlights to help visitors feel as familiar as in their own home.
