At the event, General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation of senior leaders visited the exhibition space of Vietnam SuperPort™ and heard about the digital transformation initiatives that the company is implementing to promote logistics operations capacity and enhance regional connectivity.
Among the initiatives showcased at the exhibition, Vietnam SuperPort™ is researching the application of next-generation AI to improve the efficiency of air cargo handling and security at the Extended Air Cargo Terminal (OACT). With the cooperation of Google and Kyndryl and support from the Singapore Government , Vietnam SuperPort ™ has developed an AI document authentication system, automating the process of checking information from cargo documents; and integrating AI into security scanners to detect prohibited and dangerous goods, helping to reduce dependence on manual inspection and ensure compliance with international standards.
Vietnam SuperPort introduced a series of advanced digital transformation solutions integrated with Artificial Intelligence (AI) at the Vietnam International Innovation Exhibition 2025 (VIIE 2025).
Another highlight is the logistics connection platform initiated and developed by Vietnam SuperPort™ in collaboration with Vietnam Post Logistics and global strategic partners in the field of finance and technology such as Techcombank , Visa and Doxa (Singapore). Positioned as a “one-stop” ecosystem for all services, this platform supports small and medium-sized enterprises by digitizing the entire process from ordering to payment. The platform integrates real-time order tracking, connection to bonded warehouses, transportation planning and financial services. By simplifying transaction and customs procedures, the platform helps Vietnamese enterprises streamline operations, improve cash flow, access global markets and enhance competitiveness in the international trade environment.
In the field of automation, Vietnam SuperPort™ cooperates with the Singapore Government's Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) to deploy AI-integrated Robots for OACT to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cargo handling. These include Autonomous Guided Vehicles (AGV); Robot loader; Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR).

As a key part of its sustainability strategy, Vietnam SuperPort™ is pursuing the goal of becoming the first logistics hub in Southeast Asia to achieve net zero emissions by 2040. Leveraging Blockchain and AI technology, the company is building a rigorous carbon audit process across its entire operations to track emissions and measure emissions reductions, in line with Vietnam’s Green Growth Strategy.
In addition to investing in infrastructure and technology, the company is also committed to implementing a human resource development strategy, in line with its digital transformation strategy. In cooperation with the Supply Chain and Logistics Academy (SCALA) from Singapore, Vietnam SuperPort™ aims to train 500 Vietnamese logistics professionals, equipping them with skills and experience in using digital technology and professional supply chain management, to strengthen the workforce and enhance the country's long-term competitiveness.
