- From 13:30 to 17:30: Tourists and people are free to visit the ground hot air balloon.

- From 15:00-17:30: Tourists and people experience flying in a level 7 hot air balloon.

- From 7:30 p.m.: Art program; Hot air balloon lantern night ( Fire dragon hot air balloon performance to greet the audience; Create special lantern effects )

- At the same time from 19:30 - 22:00: Visitors experience level 7 hot air balloon tours and ground hot air balloon tours.

- From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Tourists and people are free to come in and take photos and visit.

- Time to experience level 7 hot air balloon flight: Morning from 7:30 - 9:30; Afternoon from 15:30 to 17:00.

- All hot air balloons will be moved to Ocean Park Beach to prepare for the Hot Air Balloon Lantern Festival.

- From 7:15 p.m., visitors will attend the hot air balloon lantern night "Heritage City - Colors of Ha Long".
