The award recognizes HDBank 's pioneering efforts and outstanding results in its comprehensive digitalization journey, with three leading modern digital platforms including: Digital Core Thought Machine - a new generation core banking system, a platform for flexibility and personalization; Digital banking super application "Di HDBank" for individual customers, integrating multiple utilities and smart experiences; Digital banking platform "Di HDBiz" for corporate customers, supporting effective financial management and operations.
Previously, this solution set was selected as one of 250 key projects to celebrate the 80th anniversary of National Day (1945-2025), becoming a bright spot of the banking industry in the national digital transformation process.
At HDBank, digital business activities in the first half of 2025 continued to grow strongly: 75% of new customers came from digital channels, the number of online transactions increased by 51% and 94% of individual customer transactions were conducted via digital platforms.
