HNP - On October 9, Vinh Hung Ward People's Committee held a ceremony to attach plaques to two projects: Hoa Sen Kindergarten and Linh Nam General Clinic, welcoming the 18th Hanoi Party Congress and the 71st Anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2025).

The Hoa Sen Kindergarten and Linh Nam General Clinic projects are practical projects, contributing to improving the quality of people's lives and the appearance of a civilized and modern urban area.

Hoa Sen Kindergarten, located at 649 Linh Nam, is invested in modern and synchronous construction on an area of ​​up to 8,425m². The project's goal is to build a kindergarten according to national standards with advanced facilities, ensuring teaching and learning conditions for teachers and students, contributing to improving the quality of education in the area. The school has a scale of 20 classes, with a total investment of more than 119 billion VND from public investment capital.

Linh Nam General Clinic has a total investment of 61 billion VND. According to the plan, the project will be constructed in 345 days, completed and put into use in November 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and difficulties in site clearance, the project has been delayed for nearly 2 years.

With modern investment, Linh Nam General Clinic has 3 main specialties: General Medicine, Traditional Medicine, Diagnostic Imaging, providing primary medical examination and treatment services and implementing local preventive health programs.

Schools and medical facilities are invested in and built on a modern scale, meeting national standards, to meet the increasing learning needs of children in the area and to serve medical examination, treatment and primary health care.

Speaking at the plaque-attaching ceremony, Party Secretary and Chairman of Vinh Hung Ward People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung affirmed that healthcare and education are two important areas that the City and Ward pay great attention to and invest in. He hopes that with modern facilities, Hoa Sen Kindergarten will fill 20 classrooms in the shortest time. In addition to attracting quantity, the quality of the school must be improved so that it becomes a trusted address for the people in the area.

In order for Linh Nam General Clinic to soon come into operation, comrade Nguyen Duc Dung requested the leadership of the Ward Health Center to promptly report difficulties and problems to resolve them, soon put the clinic into operation, serving the needs of medical examination and treatment, and primary health care for the people.

Congratulating the Board of Directors of Hoa Sen Kindergarten and the Ward Health Station, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Ward People's Council Nguyen Duc Dung requested the two units to operate effectively and for the right purpose so that the works can maximize their functions and meet the needs of learning and medical examination and treatment for the people.
