Provincial People's Council surveys the implementation results of the Ring Road 3 project

On April 2, 2025, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu and the working delegation conducted a survey on the progress of implementing the Provincial People's Council Resolution on investment in Ring Road 3. Ho Chi Minh City, component project 7 and component project 8 (section through Long An province) in Ben Luc district. Receiving and working with the delegation was Chairman of the District People's Committee - Le Thanh Ut.

According to the report of the District People's Committee, regarding compensation, support and resettlement, up to now, the payment and handover of project site has reached 100%, with a total amount of 953.9/956 billion VND, reaching 99.7% with an area of 47.2/47.2 hectares, reaching 100%. For the adjusted design section of Ben Luc - Long Thanh expressway underpass through provincial road 830D; residential road from Km90+150 to Km90+850 (along the parallel road on both sides of the route).

At 02 pillars T26A, T27A of the high-voltage power relocation project in Ben Luc district, the District People's Committee has issued a Decision on approving the total compensation and support plan for 45 affected households with a total cost of 20.95 billion VND, recovered area of 0.31 ha. Payments have been made to 39 households, with the amount of 17.18 billion VND, area of 0.21 ha, the remaining 6 households have not received the amount of 3.77 billion VND, area of 0.1 ha. Of which, 05 cases of vacant land have been handed over for construction, 01 case of recovering the 500kV power line tower, the District People's Committee is consolidating the documents for compulsory land recovery according to regulations.

Ring Road 3 section through Ben Luc district

Regarding resettlement, up to now, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the addition of about 3.55 hectares to the Resettlement Area project according to Decision No. 1687/QD-UBND dated February 26, 2024 with a total construction cost of 90,432 billion VND. Ben Luc District People's Committee has allocated land to 61/95 households to build houses to stabilize their lives, the remaining 34 households have registered to receive land at the Site Clearance Project to create a clean land fund to arrange resettlement on Provincial Road 830E and urban development in Thanh Phu commune.

Vice Chairman in charge of the Provincial People's Council - Mai Van Nhieu suggested regularly checking and reminding construction units to ensure the quality of the project in addition to progress.
