On the evening of December 29, a major fire broke out at many factories in Lien Ha commune, Dan Phuong district.

The fire flared up fiercely, turning the area red, causing panic among many people. Lien Ha Commune is famous for its wood and furniture production.

It is known that at around 6:00 p.m. the same day, the Hanoi City Police Command Information Center received a report of a factory fire in Lien Ha commune, Dan Phuong district.

Immediately afterwards, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Force of Dan Phuong District Police was mobilized to the scene.

At the same time, the Fire Prevention and Rescue force of neighboring districts was mobilized to join in the fire fighting.

Because this is an adjacent factory, inside contains many flammable goods, the fire broke out quickly and spread around.

At the time of the fire, many people shouted to notify and move their belongings outside. Initially, no human casualties have been determined.

Late at night, many people still had to use buckets of water to pour on the extinguished fires for fear that the fire would flare up again.

Authorities are continuing to put out the fire. According to Vietnam News Agency, the fire burned down about 10 factories.
