According to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the unit has just directed schools to proactively prepare response plans for storm No. 10.

" Educational units and facilities affected by storms and floods that prevent students from going to school to study and live must proactively develop appropriate learning plans and methods," the Department of Education and Training requested.

The leader of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that the unit has requested schools to regularly and closely monitor weather and disaster warnings, forecasts and developments to proactively prevent, avoid, respond to and overcome the consequences of natural disasters and incidents.

In particular, schools must check the tree system on campus. If perennial trees are found to be at risk of falling, they must be reported for timely handling. If this cannot be done immediately, a warning of danger must be issued and a professional agency must be contacted for handling as soon as possible.

For schools affected by storms and floods, after the water recedes, they need to proactively clean up the environment so that students can go to school safely.

Mr. Tran The Cuong, Director of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, said that due to the continued heavy rain affecting the study and transportation system throughout the city. Under the direction of the City's leaders, the Director of the Department of Education and Training decided that all educational institutions in the city will be closed tomorrow (October 1). Teachers can flexibly teach online to students.
