With a methodical and focused approach, the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has become a driving force to promote patriotic emulation movements, arousing the spirit of solidarity, contributing to the implementation of the province's sustainable development goals in the new period.

Lien Chau commune was established on the basis of merging the communes of Lien Chau (old), Dai Tu and Hong Chau. Although it is a purely agricultural land, the commune has modern infrastructure and the landscape is considered the most beautiful in Vinh Phuc province (old). After the merger, the commune has an area of ^​​26km2 , with a population of more than 34,800 people. All three communes before the merger, Lien Chau, Dai Tu and Hong Chau, have met the standards of advanced new rural communes, of which Lien Chau commune (old) has met the standards of the first model new rural commune of Vinh Phuc province (old); 29/38 villages have met the standards of model new rural villages and 11/38 villages have met the standards of smart villages...

Lien Chau commune is increasingly spacious, green, clean and beautiful, contributing to creating a new rural landscape and civilized urban area.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, the Lien Chau Commune Party Committee has determined the motto of action as: "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development". To successfully achieve the set goals, the Party Committee has set out 5 key tasks, focusing on mobilizing and effectively using all resources to invest in developing synchronous and modern infrastructure, associated with the orientation of building an advanced new rural commune, a model new rural commune, towards a modern rural area. Organize the establishment and completion of the general planning for commune construction to 2030, with a vision to 2045, ensuring a long-term vision, in sync with regional and provincial planning. Proactively deploy solutions to strengthen resource and land management; focus on environmental protection, natural disaster prevention and climate change adaptation.

From the direction and success of Lien Chau commune along with the spread of the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". In the past 5 years, the Provincial Fatherland Front, organizations mobilized cadres, union members, association members, and people in the province to donate over 4.8 million ^square meters of land and assets on land to serve the expansion of inter-village, inter-commune, intra-field roads and the construction of public welfare works; contributed over 1,000 billion VND, of which people contributed nearly 600 billion VND; over 1.9 million working days to expand the campus, purchase equipment for residential cultural houses, sports grounds, and renovate historical and cultural relics, etc.

Along with that, the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has also been effectively implemented by socio -political organizations, with creative and practical approaches such as: The Provincial Women's Union effectively implemented 2,504 projects/tasks to build new rural areas; Maintain the care of over 7,500 "Flower Roads"... The Provincial Farmers' Association has strengthened propaganda and mobilized members and farmers to carry out the emulation movement "Joining hands to build new rural areas", maintain and build 735 new models of rural environmental protection; build 335 models of "farmer trees"; build 79 new rural residential areas, 151 model gardens...; The Veterans' Association has carried out the Campaign associated with the "Exemplary Veterans" movement, maintain and expand the "Bright, green, clean, beautiful" models; mobilized the donation of ^785,577m2 of land, participated in 89,896 working days and other materials to renew, repair and upgrade 41,391km of rural roads, 701km of intra-field irrigation canals...; The Provincial Youth Union has effectively deployed the movement "Youth of the Ancestral Land join hands to build rural areas" new, civilized urban areas", maintaining the operation of 350 models of "Bright - green - clean - beautiful - civilized - safe routes", more than 200 models of "Youth flower roads", 148 models of "Model residential areas and youth unions"; contributing over 280,000 working days of youth participating in building rural roads...

Up to now, the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has achieved many comprehensive results, contributing significantly to socio-economic development, improving people's lives, creating a new look for Phu Tho's rural and urban areas to become increasingly developed, civilized and modern.

To continue promoting and spreading the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", in the coming time, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in the area will deploy many synchronous and practical solutions to promote the effectiveness of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas", associated with national target programs and socio-economic development tasks of the province. At the same time, focus on building and replicating pilot models and advanced typical models in building new rural areas, associated with environmental protection, climate change response and efficient use of natural resources.
