According to HIU's announcement of the minimum score based on the 2024 high school graduation exam results, the major with the highest minimum score is Medicine and Dentistry at 22.5 points.
Majors such as: Traditional Medicine, Pharmacy have a floor score of 21 points. Majors: Medical Laboratory Technology, Nursing - Midwifery, Rehabilitation Technology have a floor score of 19 points.
The two majors Public Health and Nutrition are not subject to entry thresholds according to regulations; HIU accepts applications with a minimum score of 15 points.
In addition, HIU also announced the minimum score for majors in the following groups: Economics - Administration; International Languages and Cultures; Social Sciences; Technology - Engineering is 15 points on July 17, 2024.
Candidates should note that they need to comply with the 2024 university admission regulations: All candidates who have taken the 2024 high school graduation exam, are eligible to be recognized as high school graduates and have a total admission score from the above input quality assurance threshold or higher can apply for admission to HIU. Candidates need to REGISTER FOR ADMISSION on the Ministry of Education and Training 's System with the school code HIU from today until 5:00 p.m. on July 30, 2024 (according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training).
At the same time, candidates need to supplement the necessary documents to be officially recognized as admitted according to regulations. The admission results will be announced before August 19, 2024.
For candidates who have met the conditions to be admitted to HIU by one of the early admission methods (regarding academic records or considering competency assessment scores) and have received early admission notice from the School, to be officially recognized as admitted, candidates need to put the eligible major that they want to study in the first order (first wish) to receive an additional 100% scholarship of the first semester tuition, meaning admission without paying tuition for 28 potential majors. In addition, the school has other special policies for 5 specific majors in the health sector, with a valuable exclusive gift set and a 60% IELTS scholarship, worth 33 million VND/student.
In addition, HIU also accepts applications for admission using the 2024 National University of Ho Chi Minh City's High School Graduation Exam Scores method through the common system of Ho Chi Minh City National University and the High School Academic Results (Transcripts) method according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training for 39 training programs of the University. HIU continues to accept applications for the next round of transcripts until July 30, 2024. Candidates can choose 1 of the 2 following methods to optimize their admission opportunities.
