On the morning of October 6, at the Phu Tho Provincial Conference Center, along with the Conference summarizing 5 years of implementing education and training contents under the National Target Program on socio -economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2021-2025, with a vision for 2026-2030, the Education and Times Newspaper organized a thematic photo exhibition.
Delegates visit the exhibition.
The exhibition displays large-scale photographs, arranged into many content clusters, comprehensively reflecting the implementation process of component projects of the National Target Program in the field of education and training. These are not only valuable documentary photos, but also vivid evidence of the daily changes in villages and schools in the highlands.
The exhibition attracted the attention of delegates and teachers.
Each photo is associated with a content thread, from investment in infrastructure for ethnic boarding and semi-boarding schools; illiteracy eradication and universal education; to key investment projects for regional universities and Friendship schools. The exhibition layout is scientifically designed, helping viewers easily follow each project and each stage that the Education sector has gone through.

The highlight of the exhibition is a series of photos of literacy classes, where middle-aged ethnic women persevere in learning each letter; or images of boarding and semi-boarding students overcoming difficulties in conditions of limited facilities. Along with that are images of new constructions: lecture halls, dormitories, classrooms... built with the Program's funding, bringing better learning opportunities to children in the highlands.

The exhibition space was arranged in the area in front of the main entrance of the conference, attracting the attention and interest of many delegates and officials of the education sector. Many delegates stopped for a long time in front of each frame, sharing their emotions when witnessing the changes in education in ethnic minority and mountainous areas through the lens of press photos.

The photo exhibition is not only a sideline activity of the conference, but also an opportunity for delegates, managers, teachers and students to look back on the past, affirming the important role of education in the socio-economic development of ethnic minority and mountainous areas. At the same time, this is also a message about the joint responsibility of the whole society in the period 2026-2030, so that all students and all people have the opportunity to learn and develop.
