The Prime Minister has just signed a Decision to support a number of localities from the 2025 central budget reserve to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10 and other natural disasters from the beginning of 2025.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 2171/QD-TTg dated October 2, 2025 to support 2,524 billion VND from the central budget reserve in 2025 for 15 localities to support people's lives, repair dikes, irrigation reservoirs, natural disaster prevention works, essential infrastructure, and stabilize residents in urgent disaster areas affected by storm No. 10 (storm Bualoi) and other natural disasters from the beginning of 2025./.
