The house was started construction this month, with a total estimated investment cost of 120 million VND. Of this, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Families of Martyrs will support 60 million VND, with the rest coming from family and relatives.
Martyr Dong Van Khoat’s wife, Pham Thi Ve, born in 1958, lived in a dilapidated house for many years. Martyr Dong Van Khoat died in the war to protect the southwestern border.
