Miss Ocean 2017 Le Au Ngan Anh and her husband, BTV Phan To Ny, recently revealed their love story of getting together and breaking up and their contrasting married life in the program "Newlyweds".

The couple got married at the end of 2022, but their love journey was not very "rosy". According to Ngan Anh, she and To Ny broke up and then officially got back together.

The couple met when Tô Ny was a lecturer at the MC academy that Ngân Anh attended. The course had 23 sessions but Tô Ny only attended 2 sessions and those were both special days.

Ngan Anh recalled that it was December 31 and February 14. These days, most people want to spend time with their families and special people, but To Ny still went to teach and she still went to school. After the class on February 14, the two exchanged phone numbers to facilitate professional exchanges when needed. After returning, To Ny proactively texted the beauty queen and expressed her desire to talk to her more.

In the impression of BTV Phan To Ny, Ngan Anh is a person with a nice and sympathetic voice, especially when dressed modestly. That made him immediately have feelings for her at the first meeting.

The couple broke up because Ngan Anh did not want to get married.

The couple finally had a lunch date after texting back and forth for a while. During their first date, the MC discovered that they both had similar tastes in food. From there, their relationship took a step forward.

The couple's 2 years of knowing each other also coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. Although they were not officially dating, Ngan Anh often cooked and sent food to To Ny. However, after about 3-4 meals, BTV To Ny decided to stop contacting the beauty queen because she felt like she was bothering her. After about half a year, he contacted her again and expressed his desire to meet her. At this time, the two officially dated and watched movies together.

However, after a period of dating, the couple decided to break up due to disagreements in their views on marriage. While To Ny wanted to start a family, Miss Ocean 2017 did not want to get married yet.

“To Ny is the type of person who, once he has decided on a relationship with someone, will commit to that person for a long time. After knowing each other for about 1-2 months, he brought up the issue of marriage, but I personally feel that we are not compatible. I also want to set many goals in life,” the beauty shared.

To convince her, To Ny showed his clarity. He affirmed that he wanted to get married and if the other party did not have any intention, they would both stop so as not to waste each other's time.

However, after about 6 months of breaking up, feeling that they still cared about each other, the couple decided to reconcile.

In Ngan Anh’s eyes, her husband is a person with a more mature mindset than her. “He is a principled person in life, always going to bed at 10pm and waking up early in the morning. I am not that kind of person, always going to bed late and waking up late,” the beauty queen revealed.

Although he really wants his wife to wake up early to exercise, have breakfast and drink coffee together, BTV To Ny said he never forces his wife to do anything. He himself is willing to change to be in harmony with his wife. However, up to now, the two still have many opposing things that cannot be completely in harmony with each other.

Le Au Ngan Anh was born in 1995 in Tien Giang . She was crowned Miss Ocean 2017, then competed in Miss Intercontinental 2018 and won the 4th runner-up position. The beauty graduated with a Master's degree with honors in International Event Management from the University of Salford, UK. She is currently a lecturer at Hoa Sen University.
