On December 19, the Military Technical Academy and Hanoi University of Science and Technology signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation between the two schools. According to Lieutenant General and Professor Le Minh Thai, Director of the Military Technical Academy , the signing of the memorandum between the two units is to promote the potential and strengths of each school.
Military Technical Academy and Hanoi University of Science and Technology - two leading prestigious units in technical training signed a memorandum of understanding to enhance cooperation.
The contents of the agreement include cooperation in recruitment and training, quality assurance and accreditation of education , science, technology and innovation, and international integration. The specific contents will be developed by schools and affiliated units in coordination with the respective units of each side to develop detailed agreements for implementation.
In particular, regarding enrollment and training, the two sides will exchange and share experiences in implementing enrollment, enrollment counseling, enrollment communication, and career orientation. The two sides will also cooperate, exchange and share experiences in building training programs and organizing high-quality human resource training, especially in new technology fields such as artificial intelligence, computer science, semiconductor industry, microchip design, etc.
The two schools will exchange students for study, internship, and joint training; invite each other's lecturers to give lectures, guide graduation projects, master's theses, doctoral theses, participate in councils, organize courses, seminars, and topics; cooperate in sharing and exploiting common databases, digital documents, and laboratories to serve enrollment and training; share and introduce cooperative businesses of both sides for students to intern and do graduation projects.
In particular, the Military Technical Academy will coordinate and support Hanoi University of Science and Technology in organizing a thinking assessment exam, participating in a joint admissions group and using the exam results for university admissions. However, this will not be implemented immediately in the 2024 admissions season.
