Training conference on civil status, adoption and certification in 2025

In the past time, the Ministry of Justice has organized 2 professional training courses for leaders and civil servants of the Department of Justice, leaders and civil servants of People's Committees of communes and wards across the country; The Provincial People's Committee has also directed the organization of 1 general training course in July 2025 for leaders of People's Committees and civil servants of communes and wards in the province.

To carry out the tasks in the 2025 work plan, on July 2, 2025, the Department of Justice issued Plan No. 99/KH-STP on organizing a conference to train and provide professional training for civil servants working in civil status, authentication, and adoption in 2025 and coordinate with relevant units to carefully prepare the necessary conditions to organize professional training according to the plan. Accordingly, in 03 days, from July 29, 30, and 31, 2025, the Department of Justice organized professional training on civil status, authentication, and adoption for 260 delegates who are leaders and civil servants performing civil status judicial work in the province.

At the training session, delegates listened to Comrade To Thi Hoi, Provincial Legal Reporter, Deputy Head of Task II, Department of Justice, introduce the contents related to new legal regulations on civil status registration and adoption under the authority of the People's Committee at the commune level when implementing the 2-level local government. Introduce some contents on implementing the 90-day peak period of cleaning up marriage data and implementing the reduction of procedures for confirming marital status in the province. At the same time, introduce some new features related to the new version of the Civil Status Registration and Management Software System deployed by the Ministry of Justice from July 1, 2025 to present.
