National online conference to thoroughly grasp and deploy the summary of Party building work for the 5 years 2021-2025

On the afternoon of December 7, the Central Organizing Committee - the standing agency of the Party Charter Subcommittee - the 14th National Congress of the Party held an online conference to disseminate and deploy the summary of Party building work for 5 years (2021-2025); and summarize 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025).

Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission, Head of the Party Charter Subcommittee chaired the conference at the Hanoi bridge.

Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting at Ninh Binh bridge. Also attending were comrade To Van Tu, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Party Building Committees.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the Outline Report on Party building work for 5 years (2021-2025) and the Outline Report summarizing 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025). These are two documents prepared to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Accordingly, the Party Charter Subcommittee requires that the summary must be conducted on the basis of steadfast Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the goal of national independence and socialism, the renovation path for the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, the political platform and the Party's principles.

The review process must objectively and comprehensively assess the results of Party building work over the past 5 years (2021-2025) and 15 years of implementing the Party Charter (2011-2025); clarify advantages, disadvantages, limitations, difficulties, causes, and lessons learned; and at the same time, set out goals, tasks, and solutions for the new period, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

Closely combine theory with practice, inherit clear, highly agreed upon, and theoretically and practically confirmed contents; contents with different opinions or unclear contents need to be carefully studied and discussed to serve as a basis for summary.
