Gia Phuc Women's Association strives to help 9 households escape poverty each year.

Gia Phuc Commune Women's Union ( Hai Phong City) held the first Congress of Delegates, term 2025 - 2030.

On the morning of October 14, the Women's Union of Gia Phuc commune (Hai Phong city) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025 - 2030 term.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, Gia Phuc Women's Union aims to annually introduce at least 2 outstanding women to be admitted to the Party. 100% of key union officials meet the prescribed title standards, 100% of branch leaders are trained in association work skills, meeting job requirements in the new situation. Every year, supervise at least 1 policy and give comments on at least 2 draft documents of Party committees and authorities.

Gia Phuc Women's Union strives to have 100% of its cadres, members, and women aged 18 and over with the conditions (equipment, IT infrastructure, and ability to participate in training) equipped with basic digital skills and a level 2 electronic identification account by 2030. Every year, the union at all levels helps 9 households with women escape poverty and multidimensional near-poverty.

Gia Phuc Commune Women's Union aims to strive for 100% of key union officials to meet the prescribed title standards.

In the last term, the Gia Phuc Commune Women's Union achieved and exceeded 9/10 targets set by the congress resolution. Some targets were exceeded such as supporting women to develop comprehensively, building prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized families.

In participating in building the Party and the political system, Gia Phuc women have advised the Standing Committee of the Commune Party Committee to introduce female cadres to supplement the planning and develop a planning of positions. The Commune Women's Union has introduced 12 outstanding members to study Party sympathy, and 9 members have been admitted to the Party.
