On the evening of November 28, the Provincial Military Command organized a contest to propagate the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers" resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation.

Participating in the competition are officers, soldiers, and sister units of 5 teams from 5 emulation clusters in the provincial armed forces. Specifically, Emulation Cluster No. 1 (including units of the Military Command of Ea Sup and Buon Don districts and Regiment 584), Emulation Cluster No. 2 (including the Military Command of Krong Bong, Cu Kuin, Lak and Krong Ana districts), Emulation Cluster No. 3 (including the Military Command of Ea Kar, Krong Pac, M'Drak districts and Buon Ma Thuot City), Emulation Cluster No. 4 (including the Military Command of Krong Nang, Ea H'leo, Krong Buk, Cu M'gar districts and Buon Ho town), Emulation Cluster No. 5 (including the Logistics, Staff, Political and Technical Departments).

The teams went through 3 rounds, including greetings, speeches and propaganda skits. In the contest contents, the teams clarified the contest theme through introducing the meaning and results of implementing the promotion of the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", resolutely fighting against individualism in the new situation at agencies, units and localities through the form of dramatization; spreading good models, creative and effective ways of doing things and typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style...
