TPO - The Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police recently coordinated a charity program to provide 11,290 warm clothes to children in mountainous areas with especially difficult conditions.

On December 23, in the cold of the border region, at Na Hien Primary School, Phieng Pan Commune, Mai Son District, the program "Warm Winter for Children 5" took place, organized by the Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union and benefactors.

Phieng Pan is a particularly difficult commune in region 3 of Son La province. The program aims to spread the warmth of love, bringing the children in the highlands a winter full of love.

Within the framework of the program, 11,290 warm coats worth more than 1.1 billion VND were delivered directly to children in the Moc Chau Nurturing Children ecosystem in 8 disadvantaged districts in Son La province.

Not only material gifts, the donors, officers and soldiers also sent their care, sharing and motivation to help the children firmly step on their journey to school and overcome all difficulties.

In addition to warm clothes, the program also provided 150 nutritious meals and small gifts such as teddy bears and candies, creating an atmosphere filled with laughter and joy.

The organizers gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances.

The exciting games and eager eyes made the winter cold seem to disappear, giving way to warmth and happiness.
