Honda Vietnam won 2 individual awards and 3 team awards at the 2024 Asia - Oceania Excellent Technician Competition

On December 10-12, 2024 in the Philippines, Honda Technician representatives from 12 countries in the region including Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Korea, India, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam, participated in the 2024 Asia - Oceania Excellent Technician Competition for motorcycles and large displacement vehicles. In which, the Honda Vietnam (HVN) team won 1 First Prize and 1 Second Prize for individuals in the Small Displacement Vehicle category, 2 Second Prizes for teams in the Small Displacement Vehicle category and 1 Third Prize for teams in the Large Displacement Vehicle category. The Asia - Oceania Excellent Technician Competition was first held in 2001, a professional playground for good technicians from countries in the region. Through 8 times of organization, the competition is a place for technicians to exchange, share experiences, and improve their skills; thereby improving service quality, improving satisfaction and building customer loyalty. This year's competition takes place over three days from December 10 to 12, 2024 in the Philippines, attracting 12 countries in the region to participate, including: Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Korea, India, Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam. Candidates are closely evaluated by a panel of highly qualified judges through two main competition contents: theory and practice. This year, the practical competition is divided into on-vehicle technical practice and off-vehicle practice (practice on electrical circuits, detail assemblies). In the Small-Displacement Vehicle Technician category, this competition is performed by contestants on two scooter models: PCX 160 and Dio 110. Meanwhile, NX 500 is the vehicle model chosen for the Large-Displacement Vehicle Technician category. All contestants with their skills and extensive experience have brought high-quality, attractive and extremely thrilling competitions. This year marks the 8th time HVN has sent technicians to participate in the small displacement category and the 3rd time participating in the large displacement category. With the knowledge accumulated through professional training at HVN, as well as rich practical experience at Honda authorized sales and service shops (HEAD) and large displacement sales and service shops (Honda Dream Wing), HVN technicians have excellently won 1 First Prize and 1 Second Prize for individuals in the Small Displacement category, 2 Second Prizes for teams in the Small Displacement category and 1 Third Prize for teams in the Large Displacement category , specifically as follows:
