More than 30 contestants participated in the Receptionist Skills Competition

HNN.VN - On the morning of September 25, the City Tourism Association coordinated with the Hotel Association and Hue College of Tourism to organize the 2025 Receptionist Competition for receptionists working at hotels and accommodation establishments in the city.

The contest is a place to honor the receptionist profession, and at the same time affirms the commitment of Hue tourism industry in building a team of high-quality, professional, creative and culturally rich human resources.

This year's competition gathered 33 contestants from 20 3-star, 4-star and 5-star hotels, creating a vibrant and professional competitive atmosphere.

The contest consists of two parts, in which 30% of the score comes from the theoretical part and 70% from the practical part. The contests not only test knowledge and professional skills, but also encourage creativity, courage and professional style of each contestant. This is also an opportunity for businesses to discover and nurture outstanding faces, contributing to building a young, dynamic and promising team of human resources for the tourism industry of Hue city.
