HR Asia Awards named Van Lang University

(NLDO)- Van Lang University was honored as one of the places with the best working environment in Asia in 2025.

On August 19, news from Van Lang University said that the school was honored to receive two important awards at the HR Asia Awards 2025: Best Working Environment in Asia and Sustainable Working Environment 2025.

The award results are evaluated comprehensively through exclusive internal surveys, regional benchmarking and international expert panels. HR Asia Awards are currently held in more than 12 countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam..., becoming a prestigious milestone to help organizations affirm their leading employer brand in the region.

In 2025, HR Asia Award in Vietnam received 655 nominations from organizations and businesses and after the survey, interview and data evaluation process, HR Asia Magazine officially honored 119 businesses and organizations with the best working environment in Asia.

In addition to the main award, HR Asia Awards honored 4 sub-award categories, including: Outstanding diversity, equality and inclusion policy; sustainable working environment; technology leadership; excellent employee care.

With a current scale of more than 2,000 employees, Van Lang University possesses a diverse workforce in terms of age, expertise, gender and nationality. Dr. Vo Van Tuan, Permanent Vice President - Van Lang University, said that the human resource policy here is built on three pillars: Integrity and responsibility; establishing systematic fairness; nurturing inclusive and fair dialogue; with clear goals: building a people-centered organization, developing a highly specialized team, optimizing the organizational structure according to international standards and creating a digital ecosystem connecting the Van Lang community.
