Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of Dong Nai Province's Association for Promotion of Education Le Hai Dang, Party Secretary, Chairman of Dong Xoai Ward People's Council Vu Van Muoi. Also attending were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward; representatives of leaders of associations and organizations; Board of Directors of kindergartens, primary schools, secondary schools in the area, along with a large number of cadres, teachers, parents and more than 1,500 students of Tien Thanh Secondary School.

The ceremony opened with special performances by teachers and students of Tien Thanh Secondary School and Hoa Mai Kindergarten, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere. Within the framework of the program, Vice Chairwoman of the Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi Bich Thuan, Head of the Organizing Committee, launched the Lifelong Learning Week 2025, calling on all cadres, members, union members and people to actively participate in learning, practicing, updating knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the digital transformation and international integration period.

At the ceremony, representatives of the ward's departments, branches and unions: Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Culture - Society, Police, Military Command, Women's Union, Farmers' Association, Veterans' Association, Youth Union and Ward Trade Union signed the Coordination Program to respond to the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society, promote lifelong learning in the period 2025 - 2030".

Student Duong Hoang Phuong Nhi - class 9A7, Tien Thanh Secondary School, representing more than 1,500 students, spoke in response to the movement, expressing her determination to constantly strive to study and practice to become a useful citizen for society.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of the Ward People's Committee emphasized: in the context of globalization and the fourth industrial revolution, lifelong learning is an inevitable requirement for each person to master knowledge and technology, adapt to the changes of the times.
