(Dan Tri) - The highest winning price for a land plot in Dan Tien village, Khoai Chau district ( Hung Yen ) reached more than 158 million VND/m2, more than 3 times the starting price.
On March 5, the People's Committee of Dan Tien Commune (Khoai Chau District, Hung Yen Province) organized an auction of the right to use 41 plots of land for people to build houses and create capital for infrastructure construction. The plots of land have an area of 74-133m2/plot with a starting price of 25-48 million VND/m2. Participants need to pay a deposit of 380 million VND to more than 1.2 billion VND.
As a result, all plots of land were successfully auctioned. Of which, the plot with the highest winning price reached more than 158 million VND/m2, nearly 3.3 times higher than the starting price. According to Dan Tri reporter's investigation, the plot with the highest price has an area of 103m2, with a total value of about 16 billion VND.
The plot of land with the lowest winning price of over 66 million VND/m2 is also different from the starting price of over 40 million VND/m2.

On March 9, the Property Auction Service Center under the Department of Justice of Hung Yen will organize an auction of the right to use 92 plots of land in locations LK01 and LK03 to build houses in the planning location in Cam Ninh commune, An Thi district. The plots of land have an area of 90-172.91m2, starting price of 19-22.8 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land is 340-700 million VND.
On March 11, Khoai Chau district also organized an auction of the right to use 68 plots of land for people to build houses in the new rural residential area Xuan Dinh, Pham Hong Thai commune.
The land plots have an area of 118-182 m2/plot with a starting price of 20-26 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots is from 480 million VND to more than 961 million VND. The form and method of auction is by direct secret ballot in one round for each plot (plot) of land according to the method of bidding up.
