Guide for journalists to practice public policy analysis most effectively

With the example of the policy topic related to the beer and alcohol market, Mr. Dong analyzed that there will be policies for producers, distributors, consumers, along with propaganda measures... However, in reality, policies need to balance material benefits between parties, ensuring economic and social development.

From the above introduction, speakers from IPS have summarized information about the State's tools to address policy issues, when an issue becomes a policy issue. In addition, the relationship between policy and law, stakeholders in impact assessment and policy advocacy. Specifically, who is affected by a policy, how to assess the impact and who is involved in the policy process.

The program also discussed working, writing policy-related articles, and researching documents. Reporters were encouraged to learn about policies related to digital infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, energy infrastructure, etc.
