The new generation of this A-class SUV will be comprehensively improved in both exterior and interior design while the powertrain is expected to remain the same as the current one. This will be the second generation of Hyundai Venue since the car was first introduced in May 2019.
Test images of the second-generation Hyundai Venue on the street show that this small SUV still retains its characteristic square and tall appearance as before. However, the car has been refined in many design details to create similarities with the style of the Hyundai Creta currently on the market.

The 2026 Hyundai Venue is expected to feature split headlights with vertical LED positioning strips. Along with that is a large grille, with a new rectangular mesh.
Viewed from the side, this A-class SUV has been equipped with thicker wheel arches, newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels, sharper rearview mirrors and reworked window glass. The rear of the car is also expected to integrate a new LED taillight cluster connecting both sides.

True to Hyundai tradition, the Venue's interior will be completely refreshed. Leaked images show the car is equipped with a new dashboard with a cluster of two connected screens, similar to its brother Hyundai Creta. Along with that are new control buttons and steering wheel. In addition, the car can also be equipped with additional equipment such as a 360-degree camera system, an upgraded ADAS active safety package and many other amenities.

As mentioned above, the new generation Hyundai Venue is expected to still use the current 3 options. The first is a 1.0L turbocharged gasoline engine, with a maximum capacity of 120 horsepower. The second is a 1.2L naturally aspirated gasoline engine, producing a maximum capacity of 83 horsepower. Finally, a 1.5L diesel engine, producing a maximum capacity of 100 horsepower.
The 1.2L petrol engine only comes with a 5-speed manual transmission while the 1.0L turbo has the option of a 6-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch automatic. The diesel engine only uses a 6-speed manual transmission.

The Hyundai Venue was last updated in June 2022. Since then, it has been one of Hyundai’s best-selling models in the Indian market, averaging around 7,000-8,000 sales per month. In the highly competitive compact SUV segment, the new-generation Hyundai Venue will continue to compete with the likes of the Tata Nexon, Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV 3XO and Nissan Magnite.
