In his opening speech, Director of Quang Ngai Provincial Museum (Facility 2) Nguyen Chi Thanh reviewed the heroic tradition of 80 years of building and defending the country of the nation. He affirmed the great value of President Ho Chi Minh 's Declaration of Independence.

In Quang Ngai alone, the army and people in the province have achieved resounding victories, from the Ba To Uprising, Tra Bong Uprising, the Western Quang Ngai movement to the Ba Gia Victory, the resounding Van Tuong Victory, contributing together with the army and people of the whole country to the Great Spring Victory of 1975.

“Promoting that heroic revolutionary tradition, today, in the process of innovation and integration, the Party Committee, government and people of Quang Ngai continue to unite, be united, and determined to build their homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful, and civilized, worthy of the great sacrifices of generations of fathers and brothers,” Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh emphasized.
