On the afternoon of October 2, in Hanoi, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union (VWU) held a ceremony to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the VWU (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2025); receive the First Class Labor Medal; the 5th Patriotic Emulation Congress of the VWU and present the 2025 Vietnam Women's Award. On this occasion, the Central Presidium of the Vietnam Women's Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 81 collectives and 255 individuals with outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement of the Vietnam Women's Union for the period 2020 - 2025; 95 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the special emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Union's founding; and awarded the 2025 Vietnam Women's Award to 15 collectives and individuals.

This time, Khanh Hoa province has 2 collectives and 6 individuals awarded Certificates of Merit for their patriotic emulation movements of the Vietnam Women's Union. Of which, 2 collectives include: Provincial Women's Union and Nha Trang Ward Women's Union. 6 individuals include: Ms. Nguyen Quynh Nga - Vice President of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, President of the Provincial Women's Union; Ms. Phan Thi Hoa Binh - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, Head of the Women's Affairs Department of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Ms. Kieu Thi Xuan Uyen - Vice President of the Xuan Hai Commune Women's Union; Ms. Cao Thi My Cu - member of the Nam Khanh Vinh Commune Women's Union; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoa - member of the Khanh Hoa Literature and Arts Association, member of the Vietnam Writers' Association; Captain Nguyen Thi Tuyet Linh - cook, member of the Truong Sa Special Zone Women's Union.
