From that highlight, Mr. Le Thanh Chung - Vice Chairman of Hoa Thang Commune People's Committee shared: The number of tourists to the commune is increasing, on average welcoming over 200,000 domestic and foreign visitors each year. In addition to a number of effectively operating tourist attractions, the area also has natural landscapes that are very popular with tourists such as Hon Nghe, Mui Yen, Trinh Nu Hill. Along with that, there are also advantages in traffic and regional connectivity with provincial roads DT715, DT716 with Phan Thiet - Mui Ne - Phan Ri Cua, National Highway 1A, National Highway 28B, North - South Expressway and Phan Thiet Airport. Therefore, the achievements of Hoa Thang Commune Party Committee in the past term were mentioned, that is, tourism and services - trade were focused on development, encouraging investment expansion.

Strive to become a spearhead target

With its existing potential and advantages, especially when Bau Trang becomes a national scenic spot, associated with the approved Mui Ne National Tourist Area. Along with historical and cultural relics in the locality, it has attracted many investment projects, including a number of large projects to come and survey and learn.

This attraction was announced by the leader of Hoa Thang Commune People's Committee, after the merger, the commune has 33 tourism projects approved for investment by the province, with a total area of ​​over 988 hectares. Of which, 2 projects have completed legal procedures on land and are being implemented according to the investment certificate. Hoa Thang, from a barren land, has created heat, promising to attract large tourism investment projects in the future. From there, the locality confidently sets the goal of taking tourism and services as the spearhead economy.

That is the goal in the future, but in the current context, the Party Committee of Hoa Thang commune also recognizes some difficulties. That is, tourism and service - trade activities have developed but are still small in scale, not really diverse in types and products. On the other hand, the progress of implementing tourism projects is still slow, with many obstacles. Therefore, one of the common goals of the Party Committee of Hoa Thang commune for the 2025-2030 term has been determined to exploit all potentials and advantages of the locality to shift the economic structure towards industry - trade, service - agriculture.

To achieve the set goals, one of the key tasks and solutions of Hoa Thang commune is to focus on rapid and comprehensive economic development, effectively exploiting the potential and available advantages of the locality. In particular, encourage and create conditions to promote the development of economic sectors; focus on services according to the chain model of production and product consumption. At the same time, focus on proposing to remove obstacles in planning between tourism development and other fields; build human resources for tourism to make tourism become the spearhead economic sector of the commune.
