Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested provincial and local departments, branches and sectors, according to their functions, tasks and areas of responsibility, to focus on further accelerating the progress of investment procedures; land allocation and lease; land price determination to soon implement real estate projects. In particular, priority is given to accelerating the progress of industrial real estate projects, social housing and worker housing; at the same time, resolutely not to let the fear of mistakes, avoidance and shirking of responsibility affect the progress of real estate projects.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province also assigned the Department of Construction to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to review, compile and synthesize the list of real estate projects being implemented in the area. From there, focus on classifying and identifying legal difficulties and problems, causes and competent authorities to resolve them; advise and propose solutions to completely resolve difficulties and problems under the province's authority, especially problems related to land allocation, land lease, and determining specific land prices. In addition, monitor and synthesize the results of handling and removing difficulties and problems for projects in the area according to the province's authority and problems beyond the province's authority; report the results to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and report to the Prime Minister according to regulations.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ca Mau province also requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the Department of Finance and related units to focus on and promptly organize land valuation according to their authority and be responsible to the Chairman of the People's Committee of the province if there is a delay that affects the progress of project implementation.
