KIA Carnival 2024 launched in Southeast Asia market, waiting for the day to return to Vietnam

The 2024 KIA Carnival in Indonesia is sold in three versions: Dynamic 11 seats, Premiere 11 seats, and Premiere 7 seats. The selling prices of these versions range from 960 million to 1.155 billion Rupiah, equivalent to about 1.516 to 1.824 billion VND.

The exterior design of the 2024 KIA Carnival has many similarities with the Korean version, but is supplemented with a chrome-plated "tiger nose" grille to create a luxurious highlight. The new headlights are placed vertically, combined with stylized T-shaped LED daytime running lights, fog lights on both sides of the central air vent, along with electric sliding doors and an improved rear bumper, creating a harmonious whole.

Inside, the 2024 KIA Carnival is designed in a similar style to the EV6 and EV9 electric car models, with a two-tone interior space. The highlight of the cabin is the dual screen cluster including the central entertainment screen and the digital clock panel, both 12.3 inches in size, connected together.

In addition, the car is also equipped with many modern features such as a head-up display (HUD), a dash cam, a smart key, and a digital rearview mirror. The seats are covered in high-quality leather, with integrated heating, cooling, and massage functions, providing maximum comfort for the user. The 12-speaker audio system on the Premiere version, a panoramic sunroof, and a wireless phone charger are notable amenities equipped by KIA.

The 2024 Carnival in the Indonesian market uses a 2.2L, 4-cylinder, DOHC, Smartstream CRDi diesel engine, without a hybrid version to keep the selling price more competitive. This engine produces a maximum capacity of 199 horsepower at 3,800 rpm, maximum torque of 441 Nm at 1,750 - 2,750 rpm, comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

Customers can choose from exterior colors such as Snow White Pearl, Ceramic Silver, Aurora Black Pearl and Astra Blue, depending on personal preference.
