Checking the preparations for the military handover ceremony and visiting and encouraging young men preparing to join the army

On February 10 and 11, a working delegation from the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command inspected preparations for the 2025 military enlistment ceremony at the Military Commands of Hai Lang and Dakrong districts and Quang Tri town.

The delegation directly inspected the leadership and direction of the organization in implementing the process of selecting and calling citizens to join the army; the final list, issuing orders, the list of military handover and reception, and the standards of politics , ethics, health, education level, military enlistment records; the work of ensuring military transportation; the distribution of military uniforms and activities to ensure the military handover and reception ceremony in localities.

According to the plan, up to this point, localities have issued military enlistment orders to 100% of the citizens who passed the military service. From now until the military enlistment ceremony, units will continue to complete preparations as well as advise local Party committees and authorities to organize many activities such as: educating on traditions, organizing meetings, giving encouragement gifts... so that citizens can feel secure when joining the army and successfully complete their assigned tasks.

Through the inspection, the head of the Provincial Military Command highly appreciated the initiative and positivity of military agencies at all levels in the work of selecting and calling citizens to join the army as well as the preparation for the military handover ceremony in 2025.

The Provincial Military Command requested the local military commands to focus on completing all documents and procedures for military recruitment in accordance with regulations; assign members of the local military service council to closely coordinate with the forces, uphold the role and responsibility to effectively carry out youth management work and carefully prepare all aspects for the military handover ceremony, so that the 2025 military handover ceremony takes place solemnly, quickly and absolutely safely in all aspects.

On this occasion, the Provincial Military Command organized a visit and gave gifts to encourage citizens to join the army in the province. At the families, the delegation of the Provincial Military Command kindly visited the families' circumstances as well as encouraged the young men's spirit before leaving for the army. Although many young men's families still face difficulties, most of them have good awareness, showing efforts, striving to train and determined to complete their military duties well, worthy of the revolutionary tradition of their homeland.
