Could you share more about some of the outstanding achievements that the Armed Forces of Nghe An province have achieved in recent years?

Colonel Dinh Bat Van: The glorious tradition of the armed forces of Nghe An province was formed and crystallized from hardships and challenges, from fighting and working. Over the past years, the Nghe An Provincial Military Command has successfully completed its advisory tasks to local Party committees and authorities to effectively perform the State management function on national defense in the area. Building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical", constantly improving the training quality and combat readiness of the armed forces. Focusing on building an increasingly solid provincial defense zone; actively participating in natural disaster prevention and control, search and rescue, epidemic rescue and other emergency tasks, contributing to building the army and strengthening national defense to protect the Fatherland.

Nghe An Provincial Military Command is one of the leading units in the entire army in implementing the movement of Emulation for Victory, building defense zones, especially building a solid "People's Heart Position", especially in key areas. In defense diplomacy, the Provincial Military Command has proactively advised local Party committees, authorities and people; deployed activities to strengthen cooperation between provinces and armed forces of neighboring Laos, which share a common border, contributing to tightening solidarity, friendship, stability, and building a peaceful border, preventing anti-government forces from enticing and sabotaging.

These achievements have affirmed the important position and role of the Nghe An Provincial Armed Forces, worthy of the heroic Soviet homeland tradition. Colonel Dinh Bat Van: The Party and State conferring the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces (for the second time) is a great honor and pride for many generations of cadres and soldiers of the armed forces of Nghe An province, and at the same time is the recognition of the Party, State and Army for the great contributions of generations of cadres and soldiers in the cause of national liberation, construction and defense of the Fatherland.

This is not only the result of efforts, sacrifices, and the past, but also the responsibility of the present and the future, and a strong motivation for the provincial armed forces to excellently complete the assigned tasks. To maintain and promote the achievements, the provincial armed forces need to effectively implement the following solutions:

Continue to build a "Sleek, compact, strong" armed force with high professional qualifications, combat readiness and flexible mobility, meeting all requirements and tasks in the new situation. Continue to improve the quality of military administrative reform, apply science and technology, innovation and digital transformation. Maintain strict military discipline, build a civilized and standardized working environment; identify discipline and order as key factors to ensure the overall strength of agencies and units.

In particular, in the current period, the implementation of the revolution to arrange and streamline the political system apparatus poses many challenges related to organization, building defense posture and military art.
