Realizing the important role of communication in a working environment with foreign elements, Ms. Thu proactively learned Japanese to be able to communicate directly with leaders and customers. Outside of work hours or on Sundays, Ms. Thu still volunteers to come to the company to research, explore, and perfect initiatives because of her passion and responsibility for the job.

Always eager to find new things, Ms. Minh Thu is the company's "innovation engineer" with a series of practical technical improvements, helping to save hundreds of millions of dong for the business.

Typical examples include the innovative initiative of integrating a battery pin tester and labeling machine into one, increasing productivity by more than 100%, saving 130 million VND/year; improving the efficiency of checking the shelf life of circuit boards instead of writing by hand, reducing manpower, saving 78 million VND/year; applying QR technology instead of manual recording, saving more than 44 million VND/year; switching from labeling to laser printing of circuit codes, increasing productivity and saving more than 8,000 USD/year; replacing high-capacity welding machines, shortening operating time, increasing productivity by nearly 10%, saving up to 182 million VND per year...

Ms. Thu always spends time researching innovations and technical improvements for the company.

According to Ms. Thu, to have initiatives that bring high efficiency in production, workers and laborers must be passionate about their jobs, persistently research and innovate. In addition, businesses and company unions always create conditions in terms of time and are willing to invest funds for workers to research and improve techniques. "When workers love creativity, work will not only be for making a living but also become joy and excitement. New initiatives put into effective use are the motivation that helps me continue to contribute and innovate every day," Ms. Thu said.

Not only is she passionate about technical innovations, but she is also a highly responsible person in her work with her colleagues. As the head of the QC (quality control) department, Thu is directly responsible for managing product quality throughout the production process. She is always proactive in asking questions and researching to improve her skills. In addition, she promptly grasps the thoughts and lives of the workers in the group, thereby making appropriate suggestions to ensure their rights.

With outstanding achievements, Ms. Thu was honored to receive the title of outstanding individual in the movement of research and application of science and technology from the Industrial Parks Trade Union and continuously received certificates of merit from the Company's Board of Directors in 2024 and 2025.
