Do each step well to soon complete Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway

On September 26, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai inspected and directed the acceleration of site clearance and resettlement work to serve the key Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway Project in the southern communes.

The Tan Phu - Bao Loc expressway project has its starting point at Km 59+798.33 (connecting with the Dau Giay - Tan Phu expressway project, Dong Nai province) and its ending point at Km 125+675 (intersection with Nguyen Van Cu street, Bao Loc city, Lam Dong province). The total length of the route is 65.88 km.

The project passes through 3 localities: Da Huoai, Da Huoai 2, and Da Teh 2. During the field survey this morning at the route and resettlement area, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the construction progress. At the same time, he requested the units to continue to mobilize maximum machinery and human resources to speed up the progress, ensuring completion by the end of this year.

The resettlement area of ​​Da Huoai commune serving the Tan Phu Bao Loc expressway project, covering nearly 12.58 hectares, is being urgently built, with a total investment of 125.9 billion VND.

During the working session with the leaders of departments, branches and People's Committees of communes after the survey trip, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee paid special attention to the issue of extracting cadastral maps and adjusting unqualified land plots, causing difficulties in determining the recovered area and making compensation plans. He requested relevant units to urgently coordinate and soon complete this work to ensure the legitimate rights of the people.

Up to now, 84.5% of the land clearance stakes have been planted and handed over to Da Huoai and Da Teh 2 communes. The Project Management Board No. 1 said that the expressway passing through this area has 131 hectares of forest land, including 96.7 hectares of natural forest (removed from 3 types of forest). However, the complex forest terrain hinders the planting of stakes at Da Huoai 2 and part of Da Teh 2.

Currently, Da Huoai commune needs to resettle 21 households, while Da Teh 2 commune has only 1 household. Therefore, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested relevant units to continue reviewing the resettlement needs of households affected by the project, building resettlement areas that ensure quality, full infrastructure, and meet the living needs of the people. At the same time, it is required to speed up the progress of reforestation associated with site clearance work.
