After graduating from university in Finland, Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Thanh (living in Ho Chi Minh City) decided to return to Vietnam to contribute to her homeland.

Phuong Thanh studied at a domestic university before being admitted to Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (Finland). At that time, she did not have any big plans, she simply wanted to see another world, live a different life to know who she was. The decision to pack up and move to a foreign country opened up a complete experience for the 9X girl, for which she is still grateful. The period of studying abroad helped her learn to live independently without feeling lonely, and to listen to the true values ​​inside.

In addition to skills and knowledge, she has a broader worldview . Thanh believes that kindness and respect are no less valuable than achievements and fame. Therefore, what Thanh is most proud of is not her brilliant career, but the fact that she has always persevered on the journey to become a kinder, better version of herself instead of just following the common success standards of the majority. Thanh works hard, experiencing many different positions in diverse environments. She does not put too much pressure on herself, but she always tries to do her best in each moment. The first days of returning home were difficult, from the work culture to the pace of life, but Thanh was not disappointed. She understood that each place has its own "land" for her to sow seeds. And in her homeland, the seed Thanh wants to sow is sincerity and peace in the way of living and working.

Studying abroad helps Phuong Thanh shape her self-understanding and become confident in her choices.

For Thanh, love is an indispensable part but not everything. Luckily, Phuong Thanh and her partner were both born and raised in an ideal home. According to her, the important thing to nurture a relationship is to understand yourself and others. Everyone has fears and hurts, so you need to be patient and listen. "Young people should not just look for emotions, but should learn how to build a foundation: respect, companionship and freedom for each other" - Thanh said. Thanh focuses on the goal of building a family life with simple happiness, working effectively, having many humane media projects, bringing practical value to the community.
