On the afternoon of September 19, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh inspected the Hung Vuong Park Project and Ca Ty River Apartment Complex.

Also participating in the inspection team were representatives of leaders of relevant departments, branches, units, project investors, the Provincial People's Committee Office and local authorities.

Hung Vuong Park Project (in Phu Thuy Ward, Lam Dong Province) has an area of ​​over 30 hectares with a total investment of nearly 500 billion VND, implemented in 4 years from June 2025 to June 2029. In addition to leveling some areas, the project also builds many new items: Observation structures, squares, outdoor stages, camping areas, high and low walking paths, and auxiliary items.

The Ca Ty River Apartment Project (currently in Binh Thuan ward, Lam Dong province) has a planning area of ​​nearly 64,000 ^m2 with a total investment after adjustment of more than 705 billion VND, implementation period from 2023 - 2025.

The project scale includes 6 apartment blocks with a floor area of ​​70,686 ^m2 , traffic roads and related technical infrastructure systems, flower gardens - parks - trees...

After the on-site inspection, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh chaired a meeting to listen to reports, resolve difficulties and problems as well as propose solutions to speed up the implementation progress of the above two projects...

At the meeting, representatives of the leaders of Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 - the project investors reported a summary of the implementation situation in the past time.

Accordingly, the disbursement rate of the Ca Ty River Apartment Project as of the end of August 2025 reached approximately 50%, expected to reach 92% by the end of this year and by January 31, 2026, 100% of the 2025 capital plan of 162,211 billion VND will be completed...

However, this project also encountered difficulties and problems, especially in site clearance and in selling prices, rental prices, and rental-purchase prices for resettlement housing (due to not being issued by competent authorities).

For the Hung Vuong Park Project, the investor held a meeting with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center - Branch No. 1 of the Land Fund Development Center and the People's Committee of Phu Thuy Ward to resolve difficulties and obstacles in the process of compensation and site clearance. At the same time, the investor coordinated with the consulting unit to conduct measurements and adjust the cadastral map.

Thereby, organizing people's meetings and working with local authorities to announce land recovery, as a basis for submitting to competent authorities for appraisal of cadastral maps, carrying out compensation and site clearance work...

After the Management Board of Construction Investment Project No. 2 reported the situation, representatives of relevant departments and localities also gave opinions and proposed solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in project implementation. Thereby, contributing to promoting the progress of the Hung Vuong Park Project and the Ca Ty River Apartment Project in the coming time.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh acknowledged some results in the implementation of the two projects; at the same time, requested the investor to soon coordinate in building a Gantt chart (progress chart) with specific work for each project.

To ensure the progress of the Ca Ty River Apartment Project, the Provincial People's Committee leaders also requested the investor to require the construction unit to develop a detailed schedule and strengthen supervision, especially the quality of the project...

With departments and localities, actively coordinate to implement related tasks to remove difficulties and obstacles that the project is facing, associated with mobilizing households to agree on site clearance.

Regarding the Hung Vuong Park project, the provincial People's Committee leader requested relevant parties to coordinate effectively in site clearance, determining specific land prices, assessing environmental impacts, etc.

Phu Thuy ward in particular must strengthen inspection, prevent encroachment and make changes to the green, clean, and beautiful environment around the project area. Continue to propagate and dialogue with the people to create consensus in the implementation of the Hung Vuong Park Project, because this is considered the "green lung" in this area...
