On the afternoon of October 20, at the headquarters of the National Assembly Office - 22 Hung Vuong, Hanoi, Deputy Head of the National Assembly Office (NAO) Nguyen Manh Hung chaired a meeting with leaders and experts of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Councils of provinces and centrally run cities (Delegation Office) to discuss and agree on a number of issues serving the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.

To ensure the best conditions for delegates attending the Session, the Office of the National Assembly issued Instruction No. 3862/HD-VPQH dated October 17, 2025, providing guidance on a number of contents on serving the Tenth Session of the XV National Assembly . At the same time, the Office of the National Assembly has a number of notes on serving the Tenth Session.

Accordingly, to serve the meetings of the National Assembly Delegation Groups and plenary sessions, the National Assembly Standing Committee issued Document No. 1436/UBTVQH15-CTDB dated October 18, 2025, establishing 16 Groups and assigning a Group Leader and Deputy Group Leader to each Group.

Regarding the assignment of the Secretary to record the minutes of the 10th Session Discussion Group, the Office of the National Assembly has issued a document requesting the Office of the Delegation to coordinate with units of the Office of the National Assembly, specialized Departments under the Council and Committees to implement, ensuring the best service for the 10th Session, 15th National Assembly.

Based on the agenda of the session approved by the National Assembly, the National Assembly has agreed to assign the National Assembly Standing Committee, based on the actual situation, to proactively decide on adjusting the time for the National Assembly to consider and decide on each specific content. In case of adding or reducing content, extending or shortening the total time of the session, the National Assembly Standing Committee shall submit it to the National Assembly for consideration and decision (if necessary).

Thus, the working schedule by session and by day at the Session will be adjusted very quickly. Therefore, the Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly requested the Office of the Delegation to pay attention and closely follow the progress of the session to promptly inform the National Assembly Deputies.

To ensure the time for National Assembly deputies to study documents, some documents sent to National Assembly deputies are only submitted to the National Assembly Standing Committee for comments. The Office of the National Assembly will continuously update the latest documents on the National Assembly App 2.0 and eOffice.

Therefore, it is recommended that the Offices of the Delegation inform the National Assembly Deputies to pay attention during the process of using documents and monitor and promptly inform the National Assembly Deputies about the status of updating official documents submitted to the National Assembly at the Session.

Regarding information and propaganda work, the Office of the National Assembly issued Project No. 3829/DA-VPQH dated October 15, 2025 on organizing information and press propaganda work on the 10th Session; requesting the Office of the Delegation to closely follow the content to inform local press agencies.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Head of the Office of the National Assembly Nguyen Manh Hung acknowledged the contributions and proposals of leaders and experts of the Offices of the Delegation of the provinces and cities on the work of serving the 10th Session; and answered a number of issues raised by delegates. At the same time, he requested the departments, bureaus and units under the Office of the National Assembly to study and resolve to the maximum extent the proposals and proposals of the Offices of the Delegation of the Delegation of the National Assembly in order to create the best conditions to serve the National Assembly deputies and the Delegations of the National Assembly deputies.

If any problems arise, they need to proactively and promptly discuss and handle them.
