Previously, through monitoring the situation on cyberspace, the authorities discovered that a TikTok account named “@vn.lunn11” posted a video recording a young man driving a motorbike without a helmet, running on one wheel on the road, causing disorder in traffic safety.


Through verification, the police identified the account owner as Ngo Van L. (born July 19, 2009), residing in Tan Hung commune, Tay Ninh province. Traffic Police Team No. 3 coordinated with Tan Hung commune police to invite L. to the headquarters for questioning.
Here, L. admitted to being the one who directly drove the "wheelie" at km38+800, Provincial Road 819, Go Thuyen Hamlet, Tan Hung Commune at around 9:00 a.m. on October 15 and posted it on TikTok.
The authorities have issued a violation report against Ngo Van L. for the following acts: "Driving a two-wheeled vehicle with one wheel", "Not wearing a helmet", "Vehicle without rearview mirrors" and "Person from 16 to under 18 years old driving a vehicle with a capacity of 50 cm³ or more".
At the same time, the authorities also completed the procedures to confiscate the motorbike that L. was driving while doing a wheelie to handle it according to the law.

The Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Province Police recommends that people, especially teenagers, absolutely do not commit, encourage or post violations of traffic laws on social networks.
Acts of "wheelie", weaving, swerving, gathering to ride and disturbing public order all pose a risk of causing serious accidents and will be strictly handled according to the law./.
