Try on costumes from different countries, check-in at the Youth Festival
The second day of the Youth Festival (from March 22 to 24) has many exchange activities for young people: Gen Z startups, reading culture among young people, and festival spaces giving young people many choices.
At the exhibition area introducing some countries, young people can try on traditional costumes of that country and take photos to check-in at the festival. Nguyen Mai Hoa and her group of friends went straight to the booth to try on Korean costumes and then happily took photos.
"I've only seen many traditional costumes from other countries on TV and social media, but I've never tried them on, so it feels strange to wear them. We took pictures to show off to our friends and the online community about this very fun Youth Festival," Mai Hoa said.
Le Tran Mai Thy - a first-year student of the Russian language department (Ho Chi Minh City University of Education) - dressed as a Russian girl introduced Russian culture to everyone at the festival.
"I really like Russian culture and hope to work in tourism in the future. I want to introduce to Russian tourists the country, people, landscapes as well as the culture and traditions of Vietnam," Mai Thy boasted.
