Vietnam's biggest culinary and delicacy festival is about to 'go abroad'

Continuously setting records for the number of delicious dishes from the three regions and the number of visitors over the years, the largest Vietnamese food and culture festival is about to "go abroad" to serve overseas Vietnamese and foreign guests.

After 4 days of organization (March 27 - 30) at Van Thanh tourist area (Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City), Saigontourist Group 2025 Food and Culture Festival - the largest food festival in Vietnam recorded many record numbers.

That is a record number of more than 600 regional delicacies and local products, welcoming more than 70,000 visitors, much higher than the previous event.

Mr. Pham Huy Binh, Chairman of Saigontourist Group, said that the love and support of diners is the driving force for the unit to elevate the festival, aiming to become an international culinary cultural event, contributing to promoting Vietnamese cuisine to friends around the world.

More than 600 delicious dishes from three regions appear at this year's festival

After successfully organizing the festival in previous years, Saigontourist Group has planned to bring this event abroad to serve overseas Vietnamese and international visitors.

It is expected that the "international version" of the Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival will participate in the Japan Expo 2025 exhibition in Osaka city taking place in June 2025. In September 2025, the festival will appear in the Vietnam Pho Festival 2025 event in Singapore.

This year's festival has the participation of 4-5 star hotels, resorts, restaurants belonging to the Saigontourist Group system in Ho Chi Minh City and provinces and cities across the country. In addition, the event also has the participation of many prestigious partners, representatives of culinary brands from several localities, together creating a diverse and rich "feast of taste".
